Midwest Manufacturing Resources, the exclusive distributor of Haas CNC Machine Tools and related products in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, seeks the right individual to sell in the greater Dayton, Ohio area, specifically Montgomery, Miami, and Darke Counties. Haas Automation is the top selling brand of machine tools by volume in North America. Our customers know us for the value our machines offer and their ease of use. Those not familiar with CNC are probably more familiar with the Haas Automation NASCAR and Haas F1 teams.

What You Will Contribute:
CNC machine tool and automation sales.
Develop new accounts and generate leads.
Ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported.
Meet sales and share of market goals.
Help our customers compete in a global economy by doing more with less.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Integrate sales and individual activity into our CRM system (Salesforce)
Maintain detailed product knowledge. We sell a technical product that requires technical proficiency from its salespeople.
Generate and present quotes to customers.

Qualifications & Competencies:
3-5 Years sales experience.
CNC Machining or manufacturing background preferred.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills…. It is critical that this person is polite, courteous, and engaging.
Resiliency and grit. Ability to continue pushing forward.
Fluent use of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Strong hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work.
Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
